The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the management in all operations of a Walk- On’s Sports Bistreaux while exhibiting leadership and direction to the Front of House (FOH) team.
The assistant manager must have the ability to lead a high volume, food focused restaurant through detailed knowledge of Walk-On’s systems and standards, guest hospitality, team management, and leadership. He or she must be able to excel in a culture driven environment with the highest operating standards.
The assistant manager must promote a fun and welcoming work environment through positive reinforcement and teamwork.
The assistant manager must be able to motivate, coach, teach, develop, and inspire all team members to provide each guest with a memorable experience.
The assistant manager must have the ability to promote sales and maximize financial success through in-store marketing, controlled inventory costs, and labor costs.
Restaurant Assistant General is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of management experience in a full service, high volume restaurant.
• Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career

tracking

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work as a TEAM with management staff and employees
